Awesome place to zip line. My first time ever zip lining was here and the workers were all super friendly. Good vibes all around. I’d definitely check out this zip long place. There are super super scenic spots where you glide through. Be careful about losing your phones! Some great spots to record videos though

Absolutely loved it. We were picked up from our accommodation in the Doi Suthep area and driven to Dragon flight zipline 1 hour away. The drive is a little windey and you can feel a little car sick but nothing that can be helped. We were picked up by 10am, on arrival we were given a locker to put our backpacks in. We took our gopros and our phones were in lanyard cases around our neck which were no trouble at all as the harness had room. Someone else brought their DSLR camera by strapping it to their harness with a carabiner. You are given the harness, a helmet and a little bottle of water that hangs off you. No gloves were provided (or needed) so I wore my gopro on my hand. The zips started off small and got longer which was a great build up. There's some uphill walking between some of the zips which can be a little muddy/slippery, wear sneakers. Some people wore thongs and were having trouble keeping them on while ziplining. Our guides were fantastic and funny. A very special thank you to Am and Yoyo (I don't think I spelt those right!). The team was amazing and are really very good at what they do. At the finish up we had a lunch included and it was delicious thai, pad thai, chicken green curry, rice and vegetables, plus watermelon and water. This was a really great meal, thank you all!

I was with a group of girls and we had our first zip-line experience with Dragon Flight earlier on during our short stay in Chiang Mai. The zip-line experience was amazing and so did the crew who took care of us, though I really could not say the same for the photographer. We paid THB250 per person (as we are a big group and this explains the discounted price) and though it was not a huge price, we still expected professional services and if not services, at least decent photos. The photographer was not present at the first few rides/zip-lines. We asked the crew and their reply was that the photographer was “on the way”. Then finally the photographer was with us, but he made minimal effort in taking photos of us. We literally had to ask for photos to be taken. The photographer did take pictures of us upon landing of each zip-line, but this was it, for instance he never offered to help us take group photos - we had to ask for it every time. I could not sense any enthusiasm nor professionalism in the service he provided. It was very upsetting.

But this was not even the worst of it. After our session the photographer said that I could leave my email address on their application form so that he could send me back the photos the day after (this was what he offered to do), to which we received none. We expected we could see the photos together while we were still in Chiang Mai. For any travelers who had travelled with a group of close friends I’m sure you’d understand that would be so much fun. We sent emails to chase but to my surprise we received no reply at all. No explanations as to why we still haven’t received the photos as promised, and no apologies whatsoever. It was a huge let down to not be able to share the photos and laugh at them together with my friends. It’s true that we already got two DVDs with photos but we already made it clear when we wrote on the form that we did not have a DVD reader at the villa and therefore definitely wanted the photos to be sent to us by email the day after. To be frank if there was any problem which stopped them from sending us the photos which we paid for, then I would at least expect a notification email, and like any sensible human being, I’d understand and put this issue aside and enjoy my vacation. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and was a far cry from my expectation.

Finally I received an email with a link to the photos on six days after. We had already gone back to our homes and separated, we couldn’t see the photos together and this had already upset us so much. We were told upon payment that we would receive 7xx photos, but we only had 5xx photos now, which was okay if the photos were of acceptable quality. But they wouldn’t even give us that. What disappointed us the most was the quality of the photos. 60% of the photos were blurred. The focus was on the trees, leaves, ropes... anything but us. It is simply unacceptable.

So for any travelers who’s considering paying money to these photographers to “capture the moment”, think twice. All they capture for our group was disappointment.

Had a good experience, there was a big group in front of us, but we were let in front of them, also the guides were making it a bit more enjoyable by making jokes. For the safety I think it should have been good to secure it with another hook on the other cable. Didn't really ask it tho why they didn't do that. Lunch served afterwards was good aswell. If you want something active I wouldn't recommend this because it's mostly zipping and not climbing or anything like that.

It's a beautiful and amazing jungle to play zipline. But when it's raining, oil of the line is splashing to your shirts and face, everywhere. Be careful to be spoild to your clothes, when it rains

It was an amazing experience in Chiang Mai. We booked the tickets through KKday and it was convenient. They picked us up at the hotel around 7 AM because we chose the earliest session of the day. The van drove us up to the hill and it was cool. The way up there was a little bit hard and dangerous. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they told us how to swing and how to do it safely. We also paid to have a photographer with us to take pictures and he did really good job. The feeling of flying on top of the trees was really awesome. After we finished, they gave us t-shirts as gifts. We also had lunch there and it was really tasty

Overall I had a fun experience. However, they only get 3 stars because (1) they were rushing us the entire time, (2) I’m not sure they followed all the safety rules, and (3) at least two of the zip lines we were supposed to go on, we didn’t.

They picked us up from our hotel and drove us about an hour away. The drive was beautiful.

Then 2 guides and a photographer geared us up and drove us to the starting spot. (Note: they say that up-to-80-year-olds can go on this.... You’d better be a very strong 80 because there were some intense uphill walks a couple times on this course!).

The zip lines were fun, but the guides kept pushing us (literally) and rushing us on each platform. That made it not as fun.

They have one really long zip line which was beautiful. You do get to see some nice forest. If you’re scared of heights, definitely don’t go!

At the end, they provided a very delicious lunch (pad Thai, green curry, and watermelon for us) and cussed us back to our hotel.
