Depends on where your work is but this is a property that provides you both a hotel or a condominium space. The choice is yours. During my period of stay, the property did not have dining facilities but they did arrange for supply from others. There is a gym and a swimming pool available lable for the use of guests. Oh, they also provide free bicycles for the use of guests.

I booked the booking for 18-19 July and it happen that on the 16 we took ATK everyday to make sure that we did not detect covid..And we found out that my bf detect that morning and so we called all the hotels that we have booked to cancel and show the proof of positive results. All the rest of hotels refund us and ( we were given choices whether to postpone or refund instead) But only this hotel,
"Brique hote" l just informed us that it can't be refund but we could postpone the date.. But until now, the action taken from the hotel is "we haven't receive any updates from our management" I think this is really not a nice service to treat customers. We as travelers did not want it to happen coz we have to cancel our trips too and we just want to make sure that everyday we took ATK to make sure that we are safe before going to the hotels as a responsibility to society.... The hotel should give us a better response than saying no updates from our management... Really disappointed with their services.

One of the best!
I stayed here for about a month and everyday was great. The staff were professional and friendly at all times. Live music in the bar on the weekends. Good Thai/China/Western style breakfast every morning. Close to and cool bad/restaurant area. You can take a Grab to the city center for about 120 Baht.

I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful, brand new hotel and an amazing bargain. It is a little outside of town, but we used Uber and found it very easy to get to the Old City and back ($50-$80 THB). The pool and restaurant are beautiful. The other half was under construction, but we were not bothered once by any noise. Staff is very helpful and speaks great English.

This new hotel houses passionate staff and good security.
In room: (Two bedroom suite) Room design is too contracted. Walking space in the bedroom is narrow. Power outlet are not as close to the bed as it should be in a newly opened hotel.

Transportation: suited to travelers who used Grab (Uber is already merged with Grab). Public transportation is not good in the area.

Very pleasant stay, new and clean, friendly staffs. Very nice for family. Not too crowded. Nice lotus lake view. Nice ambient bar!!! Very near to Central festival. Must try if in Chiangmai.
