This is the place to come for a Burger, great range of different types. The Combo meal is a good choice and includes a side dish (Salad or Fries), and a soft drink. You can chose how well you want the Burger cooked, type of cheese and sauce. I think good value but just be aware the prices shown on the menu don't include a mandatory 4% service charge and 7% Vat. I wish all places would just show the full cost on the menu price.

This restaurant by French owner and chef Arnaud is small franchise with several shops in Bangkok and also this one in Chiang Mai. They are popular for their dry aged beef and steaks. I had a cheeseburger with French fries. The patty itself was good and crispy grilled on the outside. This burger style is smashed naked burger. The patty maybe around 180g. Cheeseburger had only cheese (real cheddar cheese), salad, tomato and onion confit on it. No mustard, ketchup, mayo or another sauce. It was delicious, however next time I might choose another burger from their menu or make a double cheeseburger. French fries came with homemade sauce, you can choose regular or spicy. For under 200 Baht for a menu it's good value.

Meat eater should not pass Arno's. It is just like the steak I took in Bangkok. You can find favorite air dried aging beef here. Pick it and wait for the delicious steak. French fried here is tasty too.

The best burger we ever try. My whole family love it. The taste it was awesome. I definitely recommended.

Best aged beef burger I've tasted in Chiang Mai so far. Medium is how I like it, and it was delicious on the artisan bun. The curley fries were well seasoned. I enjoyed the lunch special which included the burger, fries or salad and drink which is featured until 5pm. You cant go wrong eating here. You want a steak? Check out the pictures for a selection you will be pleased with.

Nice discovery, cool industrial decorated place, amazing food and quantity, good value for money (around 200 thb per person (less than a McDonald's standard menu) ) and friendly staff, worth giving it a try

Really Average

They say that one secret to happiness is to lower your expectations - but quite honestly I was expecting more from this vist to what was supposed to be highly rated restaurant.

The tourist trade in Chiang Mai hasn't picked up at the time of our visit so there was zero atmosphere in this small brightly lit eatery. Clearly the lack of customers was not the fault of the owners. The sticky tables were nevertheless, clearly down to the establishment!

The sirloin steaks were better than the 'chewy' new yorker although all were served on cold plates. Steaks would have benefited from resting - this was quality dry aged beef which could have been treated with a little more respect.

The asparagus side dish (x2) was over cooked and was barely warm - the advertised steak fries were not available.

Whilst we ate what was presented and without complaint ( it has to be pretty bad for a complaint) I came away disappointed .

The single member of serving staff was pleasant and attentive. If the food had been equally pleasant it would have been a far better evening.
