You can trust Pee Ann with your lunch, dinner, midnight snack, AND every item on her menu for both take away and dining in will be WONDERFUL. She is so fun, this is a place that ticks all the boxes.
Food, Atmosphere, and Price, and for a final note, let me say how the FLAVOR (oh wow...) of her home-made dips with steamed veggies is still lingering in my mind almost a month later.
She is a great cook, a hard worker (taking care of the entire place just she and her brother), and I actually thought she was joking when she told me the incredibly low price of our large meal...
