The pool bar is the only place I have spent significant time at the Venezia Resort. Arrangements made to allow kids to swim if we bought food and drinks. Good deal all around. Nice public grounds in this boutique style hotel. The access road is not one I would walk at night due to soi dogs. Hotel offers a good shuttle and safe parking. Very attentive front desk staff. Waitress was helpful.

Great resort within 5 minutes of the town and only 20 minutes from Chang Arena and the International raceway. Very big rooms that are tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and good WIFI too. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. Big swimming pool and the restaurant has fine Thai and western food. Highly recommend, a pleasant stay.

Very good place. Nice resort , very nice room in italian style. Hotel with swimming pool ,restaurant and fitness room. The German boss is very friendly and the personal too. I will return there for sure. A suggestion for the manager is to build some steps for get in and out the pool. Good luck for the future

Booked 11 months in advance for MotoGP. They cancel without a reason 2 weeks before the event. Will not reply to emails....clearly re sold my room for a lot more $$.
They don't care that I have flights and gp ticket paid for either.
Very poor. I would not book there again as they are not very good to customers.
Very dishonest and unreliable.
Only gave 1 star because you can't give -5 star.

Nice hotel, 1.5m deep clean pool, rooms AND bathrooms to a good standard. The breakfast is not very good, ok but nothing special, so if possible book without it.

This place is great staff very helpful ???? breakfast and room location everything was very high standard and great. I would have given this 4 stars but the pool was dirty and I blame management for this

Nice small quiet hotel in a great location at a reasonable price. Good staff, clean rooms and a great swimming pool. Highly recommended.
