Rooms are spacious and clean.
Staff are polite and can speak English which is a plus for me.
Bath area drainage is clogged though

Nice hôtel with big pool. Parking, good location. Good service and kindly employees.
Breakfast 150 bath, Good for value.
In my favorite for next visit to Buriram.

Not a modern hotel, but decorated to be cozy. Rooms are bright, clean and have plenty of space. Experience the genuine Thai way of politeness, but also lack of accuracy. Would have given 4 stars hadn't it been the clogged sink of basin, which practically ruined the entire impression. Receptionist apologized politely for the shortcomings.

The hotel presents well, as would be expected for a near new hotel, and my room was likewise with good practical fit out in the bed/living area, but some of this space could have been better allocated to a larger bathroom.

The ground floor and the lift are air-conditioned, but the upper floor internal corridors were not! This causes the ground floor cold air forcing and compressing the hot air upwards through the open staircase and around the lift void; exacerbated by some external air-conditioning units operating in the lift void.

I stayed in a standard double room 320 on the third level, said to be 29 square metres, of which 3.25 square metres comprised the shower, toilet and vanity; a hopelessly tiny bathroom (shower recess 600mm wide, 1200mm deep) for what was a very well laid out room.

Only one bathrobe supplied in the double room! Standard toiletries and coffee making supplies, but no mini bar, no sofa and ceramic tiles on the floor. No adjustment on the shower head as it is in pieces and the towel rail is unusable in its position above the toilet.

Within the room, about one third of the otherwise very low room ceiling, formed a tray ceiling 300mm deep to accommodate the air conditioning head, which had a brightly lit LED that shone all the time it was running; i.e., all night! The effect of the low ceiling is that the room volume was depleted by the low ceiling. This also ensured that the room heated rapidly and retained the heat; especially the bathroom.

Location is a little out of the way; close to the bus terminal, but about 2.5 kms from the railway station 35 kilometres from the Buriram Airport.

So far is a 3 star. Will add another star if the breakfast have more choice. By 9.30am most of the food is empty. The room is good.
