5 stars for cleanliness
4 stars for service, not too good with English speaking guests. But they try their best.
1 star for breakfast. I'm picky about having more fresh and hot food. Everything is kept out for long periods of time it seems and ice cold. But they do have a microwave, but it makes the food hard.
1 star for the showers. I love hot showers and the water here doesn't get hot at all.

Pool was great. 5 stars. Hotel rooms i would give 4 stars. But no taxis nearbt. Buriram very quiet. Big let down was breakfast. Not a buffet. Only toast and rice soup with coffee. No cereals or fruit jiuce. A plate of eggs with ham. A bit of a poor show for the amount of money spent. Seems they are catering for budget business meetings now so not for holiday or visiting.

Disappointed in the upkeep, WiFi and the cutting back on breakfast buffet items. I realize they have very few guests in October 2020. If they had a sign on the road it might help their business and make it easier for guests to find. The WiFi on the 3rd floor was terrible, Front desk clerk kind enough to let me change rooms even though only a Saturday night stay. This hotel is in need of investment and upgrades.

Very modern, clean and efficient with a good restaurant. Room is comfortable but the decor is a little too minimalist without a single drawer in the room. And while they advertise a balcony it is only about 1 meter wide. Not wide enough to stand on and no view to look at. The bathroom is also quite small but the shower is good with lots of hot water. This is the larger room. But is definitely a great hotel for the price.

Bad check in experience with Noi at the front desk. She insisted that I had reserved three rooms when I had only reserved two. When I showed her my reservations, and after a bit of arguing, she finally realized and admitted her mistake. The other room was reserved by an guy with a similar name. Other than that, hotel seems like it could use some maintenance. Furnishings are worn, but at least it seems clean. I'll let everyone know how my stay goes....

A little out of the way but otherwise very good value, nice but compact room. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, nice pool but smaller than I thought. Breakfast has good choice. They will provide minibus to or from town for small charge. Nothing to complain about. I would come again.
