Upon arrival there was no clear indication of where we were supposed to go, the reception was along the pool side, down a narrow corridor, we had the drag 4 cases past a pool to check in.
The man in the reception advised it was 200THB per night for cleaning, this has to be paid even without the room being cleaned, this was very disappointing and put a negative spin on this accommodation from the start, the staff do not have a very good understanding of what is going on and their English is very poor meaning half the time I was unsure what was actually going on. There was no instructions of where the gym, sauna was or any info on breakfast.
Breakfast was terrible, one choice of cerial, some pineapple and watermelon, hard boiled egg, bread/toast and coffee, the breakfast is hosted in the front romm of one of the apartments.
The pool floor area is ok, but as soon as you are two steps away from that the tiles are very slippy, I fell and hurt myself whilst a cleaner seemed to walk past smiling as I lay in the floor!
There is 1 parasol for both pools, the main pool is ok, but there are very few sun loungers, the pool near reception looks like there is some kind of waterfall feature that doesn't work and at one point looked like there was a water jet sitting area that no longer works
We has a big room that allows you to leave the electricity on whilst you are out and the air con can stay on too!
This place seems like a retirement home and is a good 5-10 walk from the main road where you can get a taxi, you can ask the staff to order a taxi but they often just look at you as they try to understand.
The veiw from the back balcony is attached to this review.
Gym is small but they have one that is a plus, there is a pool table in the gym too.
The man who wears orange top is helpful and carries the cases to the room, but apart from that, the staff are not very engaged with the guests
