Deserted! I do admit, it is low season at the moment, but this place almost looks deserted. About 40 units only 5-7 is active.

This place has great potential. A lot of it is still unoccupied so would be amazing once the shops get leased out as it is a quaint mall next to a fishing village. Great for evenings when you can sit out by the sea and have your drinks and food.

Looks like bankrupt "shopping mall" but nice kids playground inside.

It has so much potential. Yet so many closed shops and the building is not being maintain well. Paint chipping away on new building. Food court a eye sore now. 2things hurt Samui greatly. Bkk Air (too expensive to come here) and the infrastructure very bad (Roads )Pave the ring road. Get with it.

Great places to go to during the day, plenty of little boutiques just be mindful of the typical knock offs. At night there is an amazing little cocktail van totally worth a visit which does really late night drinking!

Most of the shops are out of business. Looks like a ghost town. Night market on Monday, Wednesday and Friday was more lively. Disappointed and move down the road towards the Fisherman’s wharf for more shops.

In my opinion is really good place to visit... You can do some souvenir shopping (you can negotiate the price) it is nicely done clean and with beautiful decoration... Before this you have the fisherman's village that is packe with bars, massage boutiques and souvenirs shops... This is a place to visit in Koh Samui
