Stayed in a deluxe room. The bed was very comfortable, the shower and jacuzzi-bath had good pressure and the hot water never ran out. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was above average. Decent gym with free weights up to 30kg. Be aware that you can call the reception to send a golfcart to your room if you need to move around the sprawling grounds.

Beautiful place.
The access to beach is really awesome.
Pool is nice.
Lots of mosquitoes in the evening from 6-8.
After that it is fine.
Small good restaurants nearby.
You can get buggy to go till the main road.
Friendly staff.
Bathrooms are big but feel old.

My experience is meicore , positive: every evening there's a show or some live music by the beach restaurant. The Garden is very nice . Staff is really good. Food tastes alright, cocktail are superb. The bad: king size beds are small. The wild life sleeps whit you in all the bungalows (ants in the bed) but as I said the staff is nice, and changed our bungalow on the first request and we change 3 time's. So bring some insect repellent spray and you will sleep well. The beach is dirty, I mean really look at the photo.

To the reception you have to climb back and forth if u need something.

So this is a good resort but that's why 3 Stars.

Fair house hotel has a good outlook. There are 2 sides to the hotel and i would recommend taking the beach side rather than the inner foresty side. While it is very close to the beach, and has two pools, the rooms are situated within a tropical setting and makes the weather inside the rooms very hot and humid.

So if you take the inner rooms, it has a more tropical setting with forest around. Normally it is super hot and if u go to the veranda, it is uncomfortable and humid making it not possible to use. Also there is no view in these rooms. If you use air conditioner, it is fine in terms of living in. I personally did not like it. It is good for family since they have family setting rooms.

It's really a great hotel. Kind people trying to make your stay comfortabel. The drinks and food are a real taste. They even make your plate to be an eyecatcher. Sometimes communication can be a tiny bit better, although it might not even be worth mentioning..

It's location is near a beautiful beach and clear water. You can easily walk 50 meters without the need to swim.

Nearby are a few great places to eat within walking distance.

I would give this place a 4.5 out of 5.

The grounds from the hotel are absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. Great beach location. The beach is excellent but you do need to get there early to claim a sun lounger most of which are reserved early by the large number of Ger***s that stay in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a very lovely stay in Fair house. We had the premier room (very spacious and clean) The staff was very kind, always smiling and very helpful. We recommend this hotel for families with little kids because the beach is near perfect. Always clean, well-maintained and has the correct angle towards the sea. Food and breakfast where also delicious, highly recommeneded. The only CON is a very busy road in front of the hotel, you can hardly walk to the other side and there’s not much to do in the neighborhood you definitely need the car or at least the scooter.
