Spacious room with balcony and quiet area. Close to beach, Lamai main street and market.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Wifi is not working well.

Furniture is old and partially defect. Room and house could definitely be more clean.

Dirty sheets .never cleaned or swept .more interested in the 24hr weed shop

If you are looking for a basic economy room with independent shower this would be value for money for a very short stay. Guest house needs a good refurbishment asap. Rooms have quite a few evident cracks in the walls which unfortunately does not inspire safety. Furniture and fittings are outdated and the room door had a gap in it that light could enter. Bathroom fittings although functional need changing. In a nutshell this guest house is in need of some TLC. Receptionist was sweet and gentle.
Only needed the room for one night and it served the purpose.

Very good place for its price. Also you can get even better price if pay them directly, not through booking services. The hotel is quite old, but everything is clean and there's no insects in the rooms. Friendly personell, cleaning every other day or by request. Really close to the beach, quiet area during nights.

Money saver. Comfortable cheap rooms with air-conditioning, fridge, TV, separate bathroom and free Wi-Fi.

Cleen calm and quaint, very nice hostesses, offered us beers and food a couple of times. Will visit again!
