Front desk and restaurant staff were all lovely. Pool and restaurant area right by the beach is perfect. Everything you might need (restaurants, 7/11, atm, massage, bike hire) is right outside. Only negative was the TV in room - probably shouldn't advertise cable TV when there was one station and that barely worked anyway! Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

I don’t suggest.

1. Almost all rooms have very loud noise from electricity, that doesn’t let sleep. I cheeked 6 houses until I found one quiet.
2. Each room has a lot of little ants. I said about it, the staff came and tried to kill them… but it didn’t help.
3. Veeeery poor breakfast. At first, they don’t change dishes what finished (they have only 1 main dish), also you can see bugs there.
4. Staff speaks English very bad…
5. If you are a vegetarian - it’s better to choose another place.

I enjoyed every minute at this lovely place.
People working there make you feel like at home. They are so much helpful, taking care of all your requests and very friendly. Best service and flexibility.
Amazing location on the beautiful Lamai beach. Good restaurants, great yoga studio and one of the best Muaythai camps are super close - just in 5-15 min.

We stayed 13 Nights with 3 Rooms in that Hotel. To be honest it’s not the experience which we thought we will get.

1. as we arrived they told us Amex is not longer accepted - we booked via Amex - after some days the organised it that we could pay with Amex.

2. we had several issues with the room which they managed to fix it but just after several days

3. the breakfast was very limited and after 13 days we could not see the offered food anymore - very limited options

4. all Windows where several days open - as a guest it should not be the first step to check it the windows are locked or not.

5. the stay which was in total approx 3000 Euros was not worth it.

For a 4 Star Hotel there should be more options and more additional food and drinks during breakfast.

Positive was the room itself and the cleaning staff!

The rooms and property are stunning. Anything you need is on hand and most staff speak very good English so Australian tourists would do well to consider a stay here. Polla in particular was the most helpful member of staff. Highly recommend will most definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends.

Great care is taken, and on arrival you get flower bracelets and the room has flowers all sprinkled through and welcome spelled out in petals on the bed. Very warm welcome with surprising refreshement after a long trip. Decent buffet breakfast. Thankyou for making our holiday the most enjoyable and unforgettable that we have ever had.

Beachbars / restaurants a 15 minute walk away. I found the room design very sympathetic and cozy, unlike the previous reviewer. The service was exceptional. Lot of mosquitos due to funtains and basins of water everywhere around the hotel. The room we were shown was tantamount to a shabby static caravan.
