My experience is Condominium rental by the month. I guess Replay also has nightly rentals but I rent by the month from an owner of my apartment. The pool is nice about 4.5 feet deep and has a good sized area that is probably about 2 feet deep for young children..The pool is about 100 feet long and nice for swimming laps too. There is a pretty full gym with exercise equipment and has 2 sauna rooms. The resort is close to ocean but not on the ocean side of road.

Replay was a fantastic stay, the apartment we had was fixed with everything we needed! Extremely clean and well kept! There was a security barrier at the entrance which was nice to see. The place had an average gym with a lot of space of you like doing Yoga or HIIT workouts, a really nice tennis court. The pool was lovely and had comfortable bathing chairs. Location of replay is just outside of the fisherman village, having a bike is extremely useful for Samui

The room we rented was really lovely, kitchen has everything you need, really comfy bed and nicely decorated.
The rest of the complex is the reason for the 3 stars. The pool area has limited sunbeds and broken parasols. The gyms equipment is poorly maintained along with the changing rooms. Sauna, steam rooms and Jacuzzis are unused. Much attention needed to return this place to its former glory.

Great location. Easy access to the best parts of life on the island.

Buildings are not well constructed but the spot is great.

I could not fault anything at all, my room was very clean, it had everything I needed, and if I needed anything doing it was done immediately. The staff are excellent and always willing to help. Special thanks to Nueng who always handled matters in a professional and friendly manner. These studios are a great base to go out and discover this beautiful island. For the price and quality of service I would highly recommend these condos.

I'm sure back a few years it was a very good resort but now unfortunately it's very tired and in need of quite a bit of attention.
The room size was fine ..the mattress didn't fit the bedframe so you constantly banged your shins going anywhere near the bed. Old TVs on the walls , the water pressure is non existent on the 4th floor and when I say non existent I mean a trickle from the shower and that goes for warm water as well..non existent!!
Getting to the room with your bags is a nightmare as well for some unknown reason that only the architect will know the lift starts and stops between floors ..so to get into the lift you have to walk up 8 steps and for us it would stop between 3 u00264 then you have to hump your suitcase up another 8 steps to get to 4 ...the most bizarre thing I've ever seen !!
But anyway onto the rest ...the gym ..cardio machines and the dumbbells were ok but multigym is broken in several places with jagged rusting metal sticking out ..wants dragging out and scrapping. Also as someone else has mentioned the sauna u0026 jacuzzi doesn't work and the whole area down there is filthy.
Your going to either have to rent a bike or rely on taxis as it's a bit of a jaunt to fisherman's village on an unlit road or to and supermarket...the family mart next door is closed.
All in all I wouldn't stop there again there are better situated resorts for the same price that offer better quality and value for money.

No WiFi in the rooms - was knocked out by a storm on the 5th of May, as of the 19th of May, still no WiFi, unless you walk down to the lobby.
