Stayed June 2022 for 4 nights in Cool Pool Access room. Really enjoyed our stay.
There are 2 sides to this resort, separated by a road: beach side and resort side (there is a crossing guard there to help out when busy!). Our room was on the resort side which was lovely. Rooms are new and modern. Pool access from the room was amazing, with another access direct to your bathroom/shower which I thought was very smart and useful.
You also have access to the beach side infinity pool, which had an amazing view. Also happy hour from 5-7pm where it's 2-for-1.
Breakfast buffet had lots to choose from and included a egg station, fresh cooked to your order.
Can also hire scooters from reception to get around.
Location overall was good. Only downside was the beach - the water was quite murky and sand very coarse/gritty compared to other beaches, so didn't make for the best afternoon swim or walk. May have just been unlucky time of year.

This location is excellent. They or rich on the beach with an infinity that looks right over the ocean. An excellent opportunity for photos. The service was stellar. Everyone was polite and kind and they where very communicative. They could get you wherever you wanted to go on the island with a quick call and make sure you got a good rate. 5 star service 5 star location 5 star views.

Also room is ac cooled which is a life saver in this heat

Nice welcoming, excellent staff and nice cozy rooms with good maintenance! The staff are extremely helpful and with great vibes. Tropicana restaurant that they have in hotel are so tasty and clean that we preferred to eat there instead in the city, and the most important that the prices are fair.
Great hotel and will stay there next time also.

Great location , and pools!!

Fabulous location with really good aesthetic touches all over the location. Having two pools were a nice touch. Overall very reasonably priced as well.
The infinity pool by the ocean near the Tropicana restaurant on the inside larger pool was a good combination especially for families travelling with children.

The gym is a little bit small with only one treadmill, one stationary bike and an elliptical… It is to get busy during the morning and evenings into working out, have a chat to the people at reception.

Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend Prana.

Great hotel! Stay in the beach wing if possible with a poolside room. Staff are friendly and very helpful, bedroom and pool area are clean. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. Arranged our airport transfer and ferry transfer and even provided boxed breakfasts! Will stay again!

had a great time with the kids. 2022 - everything was new and well built. super clean. we stayed in the side of the road that's not on the beach, next time we will stay beachfront

We had a wonderful time at Prana!

From the start when we were welcomed with friendly smiles and delicious drinks, throughout the whole stay, up until the end, when we sadly had to leave -- we felt really welcome and had a wonderful time!

The staff is a delight; always friendly, always helpful and so cute with our kids too. I don't remember all the names, apologies, but I know Min, Pop, and Jar did a great job!

Surely the breakfast has to be mentioned as a huge plus... a great selection for every taste bud, from pastries/bread to salty Western and Asian delights (f.ex. stir fry, dim sum, or also mashed potatoes, sausages of course, etc. Etc.), to sweeter things such as fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, and so on and so on. Not to forget the freshly made eggs and/or noodles upon your wish.

The room was ideal, in fact we had 2 neighbouring rooms for our family of 4, as to have more flexibility sleep-wise. It was perfect, really ideal! You could step out onto the terrace and were seconds away from the pool, the kids room, breakfast, etc. Etc. -- so practical! And the rooms itself were lovely too, nicely done and enough space. The light in the bathroom might be a bit brighter as it was quite dark and therefore a bit hard to see.

We loved that there were 2 pools, one where the main part of the hotel is, and the other one at the beach, with views onto the sea????... our kids had a blast bathing all day every day and so did we!

Location was also good, perfect for coming or going to the airport.

It should also be mentioned that Prana is very very childfriendly! There is an extra play room with plenty of fun toys, as well as colouring utensils, and so on. In general, kids are very welcome and everyone chats to them, high chairs are brought immediately and it just makes everything so much more agreeable for the holiday-needing parents ???? Not always the case in Europe sadly! Anyhow, it was very much appreciated ????

The Tropikana restaurant is a great place to dine too, overlooking the beach for one, offering a good variety of food and an even greater variety of good drinks ! If you are keen to have some variety, there are also a handful of other options just a short walk away (f.ex. Yui's or Chi if you like it posher)

Thank you very much Prana for a nice stay, we would come back any minute! Surely we'll be back should we come back to Ko Samui ????????
