The view from the highest point is stunning, I totally recommend to go up for a hike if you want to enjoy such a beauty. However:take into account that the road is steep and I will totally not recommend going wearing flip flops, use shoes instead

Good luck for me not too many tourists when I went there
During the whole way up to view point I’m exhausted like I wanna pass out haha

It was our last stop when visiting anthong national part (arranged by RS Tours). We had dinner at the base, and for lazy one there is a beautiful beach to enjoy. And for tough there is option to hike 500 m to catch glimpse of beautiful islands. There is view point at every 100 m, so you have option to return mid way anytime when hiking, while still getting the view of 100 m intermediate intervals.

There was a camp site on the base too.

Most beautiful place i see in Thailand but you have to do something for it. The 500 meter to the top of the mountain are not easy and you need good shoes but when you are on top you get the amazing view over the national park. Its one of the think you have to do if you are in the near.

The road to Viewpoint was too bumpy. But this was told to us by the operator before we went ahead. We were a group of three open jeeps and enjoyed going up and down the viewpoint. We also played water sprinkling on other cars while going to the viewpoint. If you have smalleat of orthopaedic problems, you must not do this point.

Thia was a very nice trip. Elephant ride, feeding elephants, monkeys. A nice waterfall, grandmather and grandfather stones, nice temples and big buda. Is a full day trip, it cost us 1600 thai baht/person with everything included - breakfast and lunch.
