Amazing location.. The price is very reasonable and the location on the beach is just fabulous.. Also it is very very near (walking distance) to the Mae Naam pier as well.. So if u have an early ferry catamaran to catch.. This is at a very good location ..

Good Location, Excellent Beach, fully peaceful. Best in Koh Samui for party less please full relax time. The rooms are good, faciltiy is ok. The owner's family business. All the people of the family are very helpful and positive minded, never annoyed, always smiles to their guest.

Very good location. These rooms are located at the most beautiful beach on Koh Samui.
The rooms are basic and a bit worn out, but you can't expect more for this price. I prefer to stay in these kind of accommodations as it will help a family go forward. I would give 4 stars, but then it would not bring this resort into the top of the list.

Beach is so quiet and clean, and was a 10 second walk from our bungalow.
Staff were friendly, and for the price, the accommodation was great; clean, big lounge, fridge, fans and air con.
We had a balcony and could easily dry our clothes.
We hired mopeds up the road for 175B per day. Found some great places I eat and drink nearby.

You have to go there for the beach and the staff! You are directly on a quiet and nice beach with proper water. People are very kind and helpful. But you don t have to go there for the room and the comfort! First room we were woke up by construction at 7o clock. We changed the room and the morning after it was a dog the all night ! The bathrooms a really simple: shower and toilet together and the room enough but not romantic! For low cost budget !!!

Shame on Google for showing this as a 3 star with a pool. Nothing could be further from the truth. 2 stars and no pool. BUT for price it's on a nice beach with a minimal restaurant. The standard fan only rooms are hardly even 2 star and the lady who manages the place is really lazy. Wish Google would tighten up its act. Not the first time they've been way off.
