Unhygienic equipment.
To put it positively this place is rustic. Come here if you want to workout in the middle of 'jungle'. There are dogs and cats running around and the outdoor environment would be charming and cute, if not for the fact that the equipment looks like it has not ever been cleaned, the cardio machines creaks and the rowing machines feel like the seats are falling off. There is no threadmill. After you lift the free weights, your shirt is dark with dust or rust, I am not sure. One time price is 180 thb, for this price there are many other better well maintained places.

Great spot to train ????Has pretty much everything you could need for a killer workout ???? everyone is super friendly, trains hard, and is clearly dedicated to the lifestyle ???? Very affordable, conveniently located (can even walk to the beach post-sesh for a dip ????u200d♀️), and well-equipped ????

Perfect for a couple of days training when in the area. So obviously not the most modern place we've ever trained, but all the essentials u0026 more are there. Very big setup. The heat and open space was great for working up a sweat!

Great Gym spacious with lots of equipment. This is open air (with cooling fans in the ceiling). They offer day rates at around 180THB as well as weekly passes for 700THB. The staff are very friendly too.

Good gym. Only 700thb for 1 week. Older equipment but well kept. Oiled cables, good Dumbells with wide grips. Sweet cables. Good natural lifting gym.

Old equipment, still works, spinning, boxing, you can buy protein drink whey 100 for 100BHT, Water 20TBH, You get a small towel, you can shower, WC. 80BHT fee for 1 day.

Nice open gym in a quiet and green environment with simple but complet set of machines. Nice and very kind staff
