It was a good middle class hotel i would say. Nothing extra ordinary, but not the worst i have had ever experienced. I liked the pool area though, it even had a kinda waterfalls thing, which came very handy for making a perfect vacation photo! Hotel is situated at the beach, plenty of restaurants in the area. Rooms are OK, not the most modern, but has all you need on vacation and clean. Can't complain about the service. They even had a small library, or better said a corner with books to take out for reading. All in all OK budget hotel for family vacation, but not the best i've ever experienced. I don't honestly remeber why we went there, i guess we did expect a bit more. If you travel economically, it's the one to recommend.

The location is good, walking distance from a night market and Central Festival Samui. Good balcony with a garden view.
Old hotel that needs maintenance. Not all powepoints in the room was working. Basic things like hand soup were missing. Loud noise at night from the night market. The breakfast food was not of quality. I counted 100 steps from reception to my room, and there is no one to help you with your bags. They offer a shuttle service to the city every 30 minutes, but every time you ask for the ride, the reception says they already left (even seeing the car parked in the parking lot all day). There are better hotels nearby with the same price.

We really loved it.

The bedrooms are huge, believe me.
It has a lot of places to put Ur stuff, like wardrobe and other furnitures.

The swimming pool was good temperature, big enough for not being on top other people.

We don't pay the breeky, So idk how was it.

The personal wasn't TOO nice, but they were polite.

Is not that close from the beach, I mean, is 20 min walking, but when is hot like February, is better to take the free bus they have every 30min yo the centre and then walk to the beach 5-10min ! (Ask for it if they don't tell you!)

As for the hotel, it is a cosy authentic thai hotel with all the necessities that you need when on holiday. The staff was super cute and helpful. The atmosphere is also pleasant and I particularly loved the books to read provided by the hotel. The only thing I would suggest is to install a more effecient swimming pool filtering system apart from the other equipment you use to clean it. :) The only very disturbing thing that has nothing to do with hotel (!!) is the extremely loud music(??) coming from the neighbouring party places. Although I could share our problem with the staff they couldn't do anything against the crazy music since it comes from street. The powerful bass of the music was so loud that we could barely sleep. Because of that we left the venue one day earlier which was disappointing.
All in all, great lovely holiday experiences we gained from the hotel and from the staff.???? Thank you! :)

Good location and pool (when clean)
Limited breakfast choice but tasted nice.
Rooms are very dated, lots of stairs, loud music.
Sorry did not get names (lady working majority of breakfast shifts and lady on early reception and pool lady) credit to the hotel, Other staff made you feel not welcome and that you are a nuisance for even been there.

Nice resort shame about the neighbours.

Lots of steps as it built into the hillside but good rooms and gardens.

Staff are nice and helpful.

It's 5 min walk to the central shopping centre through which you can access the beach road.

Just a minutes walk from Welcome Inn, my favourite sports bar, run by Dave and Porn.

There is little shade by the pool, no umbrellas or natural shade other than a small tree and an unused massage platform which everyone is huddled around trying not to burn.

Every night there was loud music from the neighbouring resort until 2am.

Use ear plugs or join in.

Good accommodation for those on budget. Welcoming refreshment on arrival.
Nice decent sized rooms. Wifi and dining area- limited on food and beverages. Guest pool table to pass time. Big sized pool area with bar. 5minute walk to Chaweng shopping strip and Central festival. Bike and car Rental across the road at cheap rates- cheaper than hotels. All in all, good hotel.. can't complain.
