This hotel nails it on 5 star service. Beautiful location and fabulous facilities but it is the genuine friendly welcome and care that makes it special. All the staff are so kind and attentive with a big shout out to Alla (Guest Relations) and the Activities Team ( Ha, Nu and Poo). Excellent breakfast, superb dining facilities, beautiful infinity pool, well provisioned gym and a wonderful spa. Not to mention the activities which include yoga. Kayaking, paddle boarding and catamaran. A really enjoyable week here.

Stayed a few nights at Villa 201 by the beach. Serene and relaxed; white sand beach with shallow, clear waters. Service all around was wonderful. The on beach restaurant had tasty, healthful food. Massage very good. Nice Alphard car for short jaunts around the hotel. Definitely recommend.

The location is special because there are no neighbours left or right, so it's a genuinely private beach. There is plenty to do on site with additional wonderful options for exploring a short drive away. The staff at the resort make it stand out - friendly and warm. When I got to return for work, my family asked me to send greetings to a wide range of staff they connected with on our holiday. Simply magical.

This is a magical place, what can I say I am overwhelmed! The staff was the nicest and most helpful I ever experienced in a hotel. The view was just stunning from everywhere. Directly from the bed we had ocean and palmtrees view, as well as from the breakfast terrace or pool or dinner place. I was here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and we even had a small anniversary surprise waiting for us. The hotels offers so many activities, which we tried like tennis lesson, SUP, kayak, yoga, catamaran, snorkeling, Thai boxing for free and we loved all of them. Also all further activity recommendations came from the hotel and these were great. Nothing to complain about we will for sure come back!

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in - it’s perfect for couples or just for a solo trip to decompress (the attached picture is the view from our balcony!). There are loads of complimentary activities, including cooking and windsurfing lessons. The food and cocktails are excellent. We hope to return in future for sure. Thanks to the amazing staff for making our honeymoon all the more special, their customer service has been impeccable.

5 stars all around. Napasai was an exquisite experience and location. The staff are exceptional. Esme, Saul, Alla and team were faultless throughout our entire stay and always made us feel attended to and looked after. Everyone was genuinely lovely, talkative and kind and made everything so welcoming.

The room was amazing, we loved the futon, coffee and tea facilities exceptional, the bed was extremely comfortable and the turndown service, with fruit and snacks was a complete delight. Pool and beach are a short walk from the rooms and there's free rental for various activities like paddle boarding and snorkelling. The tennis lessons were also fun and facilities in spa and gym are very good.

We did the Hobie catamaran which sadly couldn't really run given the lack of wind but we're not charged for this which was a very kind. The beach restaurant is terrific and very picturesque and romantic at night (it inspired the two of us to get engaged!) And the staff were extremely lovely about this, offering us a complimentary bottle of wine and writing us a lovely card as well as decorating our room. Food quality all round was very good. We had such a wonderful time and this is one of, if not the best hotel experience we have had. Thank you Napasai team

Napasai is an excellent 5 star hotel in Koh Samui. The staff is very attentive. The service was excellent. I recommend checking out the spa for the royal thai massage. You should also consider the many activities they have. Morning yoga was excellent. Our ocean front suite was gorgeous with amazing views. We loved the breakfast and dinner. If you are honeymooning or traveling as a couple and looking for a relaxing retreat with lots of amenities you won't be disappointed. I hope to return or to visit another Belmond hotel if they are all this nice.
