My 3rd time training Muay Thai at Lionheart. Always satisfied here, which leads me to my first ever google review. In a nutshell: Great guys, great gym, splendid location. Nearby the beach, calm area, all you need is available. The gym is professionally managed and grew over the last years constantly. Equipment is new and state of the art. The onsite restaurant offers quality and healthy food. All staff members are friendly, most of them work there for quite a long period of time already. The trainers are very experience, some of them still active fighters. Whether you are a beginner or advanced in Muay Thai, they can easily adjust the training to your level. If you would like to train the art of Thaiboxing, or simply increase your fitness level, this is the place to be. Will be coming back.
Cheers to all Lionheart guys

Been at this location 2 times now. Both times I had a great time. The trainers are all very friendly and all have a range of experience and specialities from basic striking, feint kicks, clinch takedowns, and more. They all have their own little tricks that they are more then happy to pass onto you.

Many of the trainers are still active fighters too so you can always come on down and support them ringside as one of them will more then likely have an upcoming fight during your stay.

The training is as light or as rigorous as you want it to be. This place caters to all levels of experience from fighters to people putting gloves on for the first time. They are good at separating skill levels for sparring to maximise your training experience.

The owner Tony is an Irish expat so if you speak English you'll never have a communication problem as he's around every day.

Tony was able to help me get a physio after I had a rib injury scare. The physio he arranged was super cheap! 600baht from memory and provideded a home service. Even while recovering from this I was able to continue training and the trainers were happy to train around the injury until it got better.

Great all round experience. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic place to come and improve your fitness or Muay Thai skills. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, top quality trainers and facilities, amazing food, and a great location on Koh Samui. Really impressive set-up that’s only going to get better with the addition of their beach-side facilities. I had an awesome week there and will be back for more. Thanks to the whole Lionheart and Fitkoh team for a top quality Muay Thai training week.

I've been Travelling SE AISA for the past few months and have been to several camps. Lionheart is by far the best I've seen.

Not too pricy.
Owners and staff are really nice.
Food is quality.
Classes are not oversized.
Training is very good and personal training sessions get you where you want to be.
Location is perfect ( close to the beach and tasty small restaurants )
Good massages parlours near by.

Can't ask for any more.

We will be back

The western manager has a very bad attitude and very offensive and frankly quite aggressive. We made an appointment and when we showed up there was a construction going with strong smell of paint. We felt dizzy and wasn’t able to exercise with the smell so we asked to cancel the session and offered to pay the trainers for wasting their time on a Sunday. The western owner got very rude and offensive. It was very indecent way to treat customers and he kept a saying no one talks down to him. I was shocked by his aggressive reaction. Avoid if you want to be treated decently.

First Muay-Thai gym i've visited and have absolutely enjoyed it! Awesome classes and the personal training is superb. The trainers pay serious attention to the smallest details. Will be back soon!

Spent two weeks here to kick-start a healthier lifestyle and we cannot fault this place at all. Tony and Hannah were a great help and if we ever get a chance to do it again we would go back without a doubt. Regards, Sal and Tony.
