A friend recommended the Lanna Hotel to me, she had it all correct. Just a great space. The staff were professional and warm. They made a great tactical decision to have a 24 hour reception which helps make the world go round. It has a nice ACed gym and i enjoyed doing laps in the pool every day. Food quality and variety were tremendous. Recommend without hesitation.

We stayed in Lanna for 2 days. The hotel rooms are clean, beautiful, and have exceptionally amazing interior. They provide small kitchen having basic amenities such as microwave, refridgerator, induction and also cooking utensils if requested. The view outside room is a lovely pool view.
About the restaurant, the breakfast menu has several good options and they are delicious. The hotel staff was polite and supported us throughout the stay! Thanks to them for this amazing stay!

I love this place. A bit hidden to get to but that’s the hidden beauty of this hotel. It’s affordable for the quality you get here. The pool is amazing, they have a bar with food and a decent gym. The room is very nice. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful bright rooms, nice residential area to stay and amazing breakfast. I was greeted by a receptionist who is very professional. He showed me everything and even gave up his charger for my laptop.
Unfortunately they have a manager Nikky who speaks in a very offensive way. Although the facilities are good, I would not recommend to stay there to suddenly not to meet this lady and ruin your mood.

wonderful stay in the lanna it was the second time and everything was good . We have a free upgrade and it was such a beautiful gift for us :)

I will put a 5 stars for the staff but to Nikki the manager OMG i can totally understand the review about your atitude ... you don't reply correctly to the mail and don't take care of the suggestion of your guest is too bad ..but you are the chef and it's ok we know that ;)

concerning the hotel in my opinion breakfast is expensive and not so good .. no fresh juice ... no variety it's "dommage" .

however we have a wonderful stay ...

Nice hotel - we visited for a single night after landing and before taking the ferry - for our case it was great.
very friendly staff.
keep in mind it is not near the beach.

Stayed for 7 nights. Huge hotel suite with pool at door. Hired a scooter at reasonable price. Food was delicious. Not on the beach. Quiet and relaxing. Staff helpful when organising tours. Would stay again
