Perfectly located on Lamai Beach and the main shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. There is a great pool to relax around. A restaurant on the beach. Free wifi. Plenty of parking.
A family friendly hotel. We stayed poolside and our room was a good double size with a safe, hairdryer, TV, wardrobe and good size balcony. The shower was always hot and there are complimentary toiletries.
The rooms are cleaned when you put the sign on the door and fresh water is provided daily. The staff are friendly and helpful and take pride in keeping the whole site clean and tidy. We would definitely return here. Nothing was too much trouble the reception dealt with any issues or advice we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay

I came back to this hotel after 5 years. Despite to many other accommodations on the Island this place is still in very good condition. It's located directly at Lamai Beach (budget rooms just a 2 minute walk). Restaurants and bars are in short walking distance. The cleaning staff is very attentive and does a great job.

This is great vacation spot, within a walking distance to Lamai night market. Robert properties well maintained and rooms are very nice. Strongly recommend this property, it deserves everyones attention . We look forward to our next visit.

Stayed here with my Family, very friendly staff, great little restaurants beach front as well! We had a pool view second floor, room was very spacious, clean and fairly updated. Wedid get the double room as we like to have a separate room for the kids. Love the beach in front of Lamai 99 as well. One of the only places on Lamai beach that has palm trees on the edge so you can chill in the shade and enjoy the ocean and sun when you want. Restaurant staff is very friendly and speak good enough English to get you what you need. Food was really good as well. We tried all three restaurants in front and enjoyed them all. Prices are reasonable as well. The only drawback is that it can get pretty loud at night due to the bars about 300 metres behind. We were right at the back so I am sure that if you get a bungalow closer to the ocean it would be fine. Will stay again!

A nice and quiet place to be in Lamai beach, due to the covid situation the place was empty which was very relaxing, however no breakfast service and no restaurant from the hotel there are some options around. Well in conclusion it's an affordable place to be beachfront
