Rooms are large with king-sized bed, built-in desk and have A/C. Although quite basic everything is clean and well looked after for this price point.

Small kitchenette in the back and decent sized washroom and electric water heater for shower. Can get dishes you need from the office.

Little porch out front facing the parking lot. Quiet area with a nice garden with a clothes washer.

The TV is CRT and not able to hook in HDMI. Thai channels only. USB stick plays some media but no sound.

Couple running hotel are friendly and helpful.

Stayed here a number of times and will again when I need.

Located a short walk to the Soi 7 market. Can get everything you need with plenty of shops. 15 minute walk to the beach.

Bicycle tourist here. Bikes can be locked at the bottom of the stairs or put your in your room if you can carry them up the stair. I will say the only issue I have is sometimes it's hard to find the staff. If you can call on your cell you should be fine. Cool rooms, great friendly staff. And they clean the room everyday if you want. Things are quite after 8pm and there is plenty of shade that keeps sunlight from beaming in the room. Great place! Thank you!

I highly recommend staying in a room and NOT a bungalow. They let us move to a room and it was SO MUCH better. The building was new, rooms are spacious, very clean, bright, lovely balcony. Great location for the price, I think it's great value. A short walk to the beautiful, quiet beach. Lots of good options for food nearby. The staff -- the couple running the place -- is AMAZING! Extremely helpful u0026 friendly. They really did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The only downsides: internet was sometimes weak, but usually a reset helped; and a noisy boiler or something, but not a big deal.

Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. The pricing was good for the area. There are always cabs available at the front door. Excellent wifi connection in the rooms. The service was perfect. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms are indeed small as compared to the standard of the country.

We will definitely stay here again in the future. The rate was very reasonable for a weekend. A nice feature are the jet showers. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was second to none. We upgraded to the newly renovated rooms. Public transit is readily available. Everything was of course kept clean.

Room was cleaned very day and clean towels. Not bedding. Had a good size fridge freezer small kitchenette with 1 ring plug in cooker. Located 10 minutes walk 2 minutes by bike .also the price was good £27.cheaper going direct £19 to £27
Staff were friendly and helpful but the guy could of been more happy. but wasn't rude at all.

The location as everybody notes spot on - very conveniently located. The room has been huge with a hige bathroom, kitchen and balcony. The bathrooms are a generous size. I particularly loved the bathroom u0026 shower. Mae Nam (the city) is a good place to stay away from Chaweng.
