This is the mother of all wellness resorts. Luxury in all senses of the word without being over the top. Great healthy food amazing treatments in their world beating wellness centre and superb staff to help you relax and unwind. I did a 14 day stay with a renew and relax package that included all three meals and drinks ( no alcohol it is available but not encouraged due to it being a wellness centre) I had a list of amazing treatments and massages. Including Traditional Thai massage , Indian head massage, stomach massage foot massages , tension relief shoulder massages and many many more . Brilliant practitioners for all of them . I also added in a 121 reformer pilates and three 121 personal training sessions which where amazing. I booked a superior sea view suite which was great and although the room could do with updating it was very comfortable and had great views of the sea. The leisure pool and beach are also amazing with just enough shade to stop serious burning in the strong sun and the service is impeccable at the beach and in the Amrita cafe for lunch. I am feeling energised and relaxed still a week later and already planning a return visit either later this year or next year around Easter. Expensive but well worth it. I also travelled alone and did not find that at all intimidating as many people also were there on their own . After five nights I joined the community table which turned out to be amazing . Cannot recommend this place enough. Two weeks was just not long enough ... A month next time I think.
