newly built.
clean room, but clean two days once

if u wanna cook, might take ur own pot, cuz the hotel’s one looks used many times.
the alley is dark.
they don’t hav elevator???? staff wouldn’t help you take the luggage down stairs when u check out and she just said take it yourself(i need a help not request them take down oneself, sometimes the staff/ customer from other hotel would help me some little stairs) rude when u leave????

If you are staying here and don’t intend to cook then its more than fine, beds are okay and TV was good, plus wifi was good so we could use our chromecast well.

However, if you intend to cook here, do not book. The kitchen is a very good size, but is far from ‘well equipped’. The stovetop burnt everything we cooked, even toast (no toaster), so all the food we brought for our 4 night stay was ruined because the stovetop just instantly goes to the highest heat and even when you put it in the lowest, it still burns. The pan was old which added to the burning sensitivity, and there were hardly any unitensils, no sharp knife for chopping anything, NO SPONGE OR TEA TOWEL. We asked reception and they said ‘you have to buy those yourself’. Every other kitchen we have had has been totally equipped with everything we need to cook. Don’t supply a kitchen if you can’t use it properly.

On the other hand, when we first arrived, staff were friendly, pool was nice and the place was clean. Fine place to stay if you don’t want to cook. But the reason we paid a little more for a kitchen was to stop us eating out, which we then had to do anyway because your kitchen is useless.

Nice place to stay at for sure. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the weird towel situation. No extra towels for the pool etc.. you get two towels and that’s that. Strange policy.

Room 311 top floor, pool facing. Comfortable and clean room with King bed and ensuite bathroom and attached kitchen with sink, fridge and crockery. Big balcony with 420 friendly wind conditions

I recently stayed at Chateau d Lamai it was a delightful experience start till end fabulous friendly and helpful staff and good rooms a lovely pool and close to the main road. Reasonably priced.I would go back.

Stay wise almost everything... down side is no towels for u... so bring a towel along....
