I love this place! Reminds me of unpacked shops at home in Germany, but this is really even better! They have handmade soaps, solid shampoo and conditioner, everything is ecological and high quality! The newest thing I’ve tried out is their almond milk! They make it fresh just for you and you can add so many delicious ingredients like cacao, coconut sugar or vanilla, … - you can really tell that this is made freshly with love ????

This is, undoubtedly, the best health/refill/zero waste store on the island. I'm a 20-year vegan and amateur nutritionist, so I tend to look for places like this in my world travels, and for a small shop, this is actually one of the best, and the Thai owner–Kay–is very knowledgeable and engaging (and pretty funny lol), and makes just about everything in the shop, including handmade organic soaps that you'd hope to find even in high end shops. It's impossible to find dried fruits without added sugar but she's got a variety of them, a great variety of organic teas (especially hard to find ones like Sweet Wormwood and Gotu Kola). Unpacked is also a kind-hearted animal advocate and collects donations of dog food and medicine that groups come to pick up to take care of the stray population, and same goes for humans in need as any collections of clothing or canned food is also donated to those in need. Prices are slightly higher than other places I've visited BUT the quality of the products here are unmatched, and you should never shop bargains for quality and your health! You can even request to have custom made nut butters, and request for products that may not be available in the shop (like when I was looking for Black Cumin Seed) and she had it in the shop a few days later, so customer feedback is welcome and many times used!

You'd think I was getting paid for this endorsement, but really I just love to give praise where praise is due and Unpacked is truly deserving on the quality of products, the customer service, and their local charity efforts. Skip all the others, trust me...or compare and see what I mean! ????????????????????

I've been coming this store for a few years and most of the necessities I use at home are from Unpacked :) I love the concept of refilling to reduce waste materials and all the products are eco friendly u0026 no chemical. I have no more skin issues with my hands from chemicals since I started using the detergents made of natural ingredients only and am so happy about that :)) Thank you for all your ideas, effort and love u003c3

This store is definitely my favorite store in Koh Phangan! It’s a must visit for everyone who believes in eco lifestyle and sustainable living. The store offers everything from spices, tea, beauty, superfoods and handmade products. Everything there is soooooo sweet, 100% natural and carefully chosen by the owner (which is super generous and supportive of the local community). Coming to this store is much better use of my time and money than any big department store in the island of in my home town and the store has almost anything you need. Prices are very competitive and even cheap and the owner provider eco package (if you do t have one). Pls support the locals in this small island, it’s helping them so much to keep this place alive.

Such an amazing local woman owned, small business run by Kay! This store is full of good local food, pantry supplies, and locally made soaps / organic cleaning products. Lots of delicious teas, spices, cooking ingredients, and Thai pantry supplies can be purchased here. Kay is super kind and full of good vibes. She is super knowledgeable and can tell you about all of the products. You can refill any containers you have and help save the environment by consuming less plastic and harmful products. This store is amazing! Highly recommended!!

Absolutely love this shop and Kay is super helpful. So much nice products like oils and dried herbs and teas. The concept is great so remember to bring a jar for dried product if you have and help safe plastic containers and bottles. PS The soap is phenomenal also..
