I cannot say enough nice things about this clinic and the doctor and nurses who helped me there. I am so grateful to have had their care and compassion and felt in such good hands for the entire 6 days of treatment for a silly toe infection. Highly recommend. They make you feel like you have family in the room there with you. Thank you to all ????????

Very reasonably priced u0026 speak English. Me u0026 my girlfriend fell and the nurses/doctor were absolutely fantastic- noticeably better than the UK. We went to other hospitals in Thailand u0026 Vietnam and these people stood out so much - very talented and speak great English. Overwhelmingly kind people (even gave us a lift home once and stayed 4hrs after close) who give you contact details to message them afterwards if you need any advice in future.

Excellent service. The prices are good, many packages to choose from for blood tests. The staff are very nice and accomodating to your requests.

Everything was explained very well in excellent English and the blood was withdrawn so carefully that I didn't feel anything. I got the results very quickly and received explanation and advice by email.

This office is amazing and I had a really great experience here. The staff is a coherent group of lovely women that work really well together. They offered me care promptly and at a decent price for a burn wound that I got from a motorbike exhaust on my ankle.

I was skeptical at first because I went to a different doctor on the island, who initially started to peel off my skin without numbing medicine. If you have a high pain tolerance, and you are on a tight budget, you can probably tolerate. His name was Dr. T.

I looked for a different care facility and found UMC. The staff/doctors greeted me with compassion and offered there services at my own time and when I was feeling ready. I went back the next day and continued my care with them even though it was more expensive than the original doctor, for me, it felt really worth it. I would highly recommend this place —grateful it exists and to have found it.

I always experience the team at UMC as very helpful, caring, and knowledgeable, better than any other hospital on Koh Phangan and even with better prices.

I first visited them in spring 2021 after two local private hospitals were not able to help me properly, but the very kind doctor and nurse at UMC could. Later I messaged them with several health questions and they always gave me very competent advice, even free of charge. At a recent visit they also helped me with a Mor Prom app problem, again free of charge.

When you visit them in Haad Rin, please make sure that you don't end up at the wrong clinic by mistake, there is another small one nearby with a different name. Look for the big UMC sign! And when you are happy with their services, please give them a generous tip, they really deserve it and will be very happy about it.

Very friendly and good service. There was a pediatric surgeon there. Our baby "just" had a fever, but she checked the basics, was very caring and gave good advice. Staff speaks good English.
