Well, I recommend this place. Host is very polite u0026 helpful. Location is just right to the beach. Amazing breakfast. I have enjoyed my stay here.

One tip if you are looking for exact beach view seating in balcony then go for bungalow no 1, it's just perfect.

Cool bungalow, just 50 m from the beach. Private CLEAN beach. I don't know where people find rubbish here, probably bringing their own. There was an air-conditioning in my bungalow as hot water.
There is a cafe in 10 m from the water: when I got sunburnt, I was sitting there the whole day, drinking cocktails and beer. No need to drive or walk anywhere. The view till 2-3 is ok, then the water goes away.
And during the low tide water looks not nice(

This is an amazing place... Very beautiful beach access... The villas are neat... The place is lit... Also, the place is very close to Full Moon Party, Waterfall Party, and The Jungle Experience. But the problem is that there are many rules... Also, the way to full moon party is really curvy and steep... You may want to not eat before you take the taxi to HAAD rin... That said, the place is amazing and you can definitely book it

Really nice place. Very friendly helpful staff. Great setting. Bungalows were a very good deal for the price. Very clean very spacious very comfortable. All exactly as advertised. I would definitely go back.

Booked for the night of the full moon party. The main rooms back onto a main road so there is road noise. Our air con did not work on arrival but this was fixed before we got back from the party. Staff very helpful and friendly inc. Information on local buses and taxis. No shops near by but there is an excellent Indian restaurant 2 minute walk up the hill.

DO NOT. Stay here. We booked this place for 3 nights, and the night we checked in, we checked right back out into a resort closer to Haad Rin. There were two cockroaches going around our bags, the room smelled of mold and musk, the beds were horrible, and it was very far from town. I do not recommend until they start to make their place better.

We had a great stay here in one of the front bungalows, they look very new. Very kind lady at the reception/restaurant who speaks good English. Good internet. Nice food at the restaurant.
