The staff was super nice, the food enogh and tasty. They help you with everything. The bungalows are what you pay for, could be more clean, but beach view is nice, and the beach is nice also. Bit far from shops etc...but taxi passes every 1-10 minutes, depending on the time. It was nice. :)

The location is amazing. Place is a little run down and dated, very basic, didn't have a sheet on the bed, just a blanket but still with staying for the location alone..

Was a bit disappointed that I arranged to check out at 7 am to catch a ferry and was told someone would be there to take my key and return my deposit. No one there so I lost my deposit. Good way to increase the room rate I suppose by ripping off deposits.

Nice place with amazing view from the bungalow. Friendly staff. Quite atmosphere. Small pool in their cafe and a snooker table.

Bungalo is ok, enough space, ac not under the bed, clean. When raining nothing enters inside. Although we had bad smell in the shower and water hardly ran.

Unfortunately near our bungalow was a lot of garbage: beer bottles, plastic pieces, stubbes... For swimming you should also find another place.

Stunning place! Secluded little resort on the beach. Very cheap compared to other places on the island. Heard the facilities are alot better here than other beach resorts on the island. Rooms were what you paid for. Theres a bed and toilet so cant really complain! The common area was really nice to relax in the hammocks and watch the sunset. Coco the manager was an absolute top guy who helped with any queries we had. Would definitely recommend this place if you are wanting to stay in koh phangan!

We stayed here for 4 days and had a very good time. The staff is very nice and the prices are very fair.
The bungalows are not the newest anymore, but there still very nice places to hang out and have some nice days on Koh Phangan.

Unique spot at Ban Tai situated on the hill with a perfect panoramic view at the kitesurfers. Staff is excellent and do their utmost. Kitchen is sublime, try the Massaman curry and you will know.

Wonderfull, quiet and cheap place. We stay in beach front bungalows, which are basic but enough for few nights. Thr sunset from restaurant or bungalows is amazing
