The room is fine, there is no clear reception so finding the way in took a bit of searching! There may be some noise from the bars nearby but if you need a place to stay before or after the ferry I can recommend this place but not for any other purpose.

The rooms is different from the picture i saw in the page. It doesn't match but the service is good very helpful.

The restaurant receptionist (small young lady) is very welcoming and nice. Other then that , the rooms were a bot dumped, the receptionist (a bigger woman) was very indifferent, told us to wait a few minutes for the room. We had to wait for about an hour and we got a simpler room than we booked....

Location is very convenient if going to the pier

Five stars of five because the value for the money is excellent! My room for 620 THB was very clean with air conditioning, hot water and two towels. Fresh drinking water was provided and the staff was friendly. I can definitely recommend it for a short stay. In the area you will find everything you need (cafés, restaurants, bars, supermarkets,...) in walking distance. Only my door didn't make the safest impression...

Good location, the bed is the best I've slept in so far during our trip. The staff are friendly and helpful. Graciously provided me with an umbrella while it was raining. Only thing is, if you're a light sleeper there are vehicles that drive past the rooms all night which can keep you up. Though the great bed helps with that. In the morning we were surprised to see vehicles parked right in front of our door, very close. Had to squeeze out.

Convenient location if you need to be close to the pier. Otherwise, the rooms are pretty basic. The bathroom has no full wall from your room so all the steam goes into the room. Lots of mold in the bathroom. The door also isn’t fully sealed from the outside so you can hear street noise and mosquitos get in. Front staff never told me about when to get my breakfast which was included in the price.

We ordered two American breakfasts which come with tea coffee or fruit juice. I order mine with orange juice. They charged the fruit juice separately and said I was getting a discount because I got a large juice and they were just charging me for a small one bearing in mind I only ordered what was included and neither of us specified size. They were insistent on the price . Not happy.
