You pretty much get what you’d expect here. Disclaimer: I went during full moon party so my experience may not match all. The staff here are very nice and accommodating, the beds are comfortable enough, and the location cannot be beat. Unfortunately, the rooms are not well kept. The bathroom and floors were dirty and did not smell great, the safe did not work, the attached restaurant smells awful. All-in-all, if you’re gonna stay here, best to manage expectations.

Our stay at this hotel was horrible. We had to cut our stay short, the hotel was so dirty and noisy. hygiene is really a problem in this hotel, for example the bath mat was already used, hairs are found in the shower or under the bed, the windows are broken, the air conditioning does not work. We asked for a refund, the hotel claims that the establishment is clean. What do you think of the cleanliness in view of the photos that I share with you?

Pretty old and kinda seems abandoned- Mattresses and other furniture in the halls. No one sweeps the outside.

The room door can’t close u less locked. If someone wants to stay in room and another person go outside, we had to block the door with our fridge.

The bathroom was gross. Had hair on the floor. And dirty in general.

The restaurant in front of the beach served expired food, was gross.

Only nice thing is I guess the price.

Only had breakfast here, but damn it was amazing. They make their own pizza dough and pad thai sauce, must try!

This hotel is in the beachfront with swimming pool and bar at the side. Ideal accommodation for Fullmoon Party.

I stayed here for almost 2 months in this resort. Very friendly staff, the owner was really helpful with everything. Great swimmingpool nice and clean. The resort is perfectly located at Haad Rin Beach. 100% recommended!!!

They took ages to serve the food, and then the quality was far away of standards... + Clearly overpriced
