By far one of the best bars at the Full Moon Party.
My soon to be wife and I traveled 19 hours each way to and from Bali to join the full moon Party in Koh Phangan as every backpacker I have ran into says it is the party to be at. And it is!! Buckets of liquor and bottles of beer was downed by the local food served throughout the night. The fire rope hoop, fire jump rope, fire breathers, fire throwers, and fire signs were all incredible and kept the night very interesting. The beach was light with a mix of regular lights and blacklights and made the neon paint glow incredible all through the night. There was a variety of music for any kind of taste and plenty of beach for the thousands and thousands of people. The best way to arrive here was by taxi as parking is limited especially during the full moon Party. Lots of the streets leading up to the beach are blocked off and vendors of every kind set up stands. If you didn't paint yourself at home there's tons of designs to choose from. Feel safe in the area as there are plenty of Thai military and police in the area.
Things to remember: don't bring drugs- lots of police and they're illegal, wear some kind of closed toe water shoe- the beach becomes littered with bottles during the night.
