Great bar with a great owner John, who is quite a well respected chef, Full bar and really, really good food. It is like eating at a 5 star restaurant but at a fraction of the price. Pool table, darts and great music. Lovely place

Great tasting food if your missing some food from home. Roast dinner on a Sunday is hands down the best on the island. Free pool table, ice cold beers and great prices. Also the Thai food is amazing. Great little bar

Went on the recommendation of a friend. Wow!
John the owner freshly made me sausage rolls and even has HP and Worcestershire sauce available. I sat next to a couple at the bar who ordered the English style breakfast and it looked incredible and judging by the sounds they were making it was.

John explained that he makes all the food fresh himself and is constantly changing the menu to satisfy the needs of his regular clients. Yesterday he was making Shepard’s pie, today he is making Scotch Eggs.

Great friendly service.
This place is well located easy to find and easy to get to.
Both the eating area and kitchen look very well organised and clean. Definitely worth the visit.

After a gruelling 2 hour bike ride early morning. Went reds for full English breakfast, and it was superb, locally cured smoked bacon, locally made sausages. Fried bread, and Typhoo tea... A must try

By far the best full English breakfast on the island and the biggest, super tasty and it’s actually the lowest cost English breakfast that I’ve had out of many on the island which is a bonus!!
