I was planning to stay 1 night and I ended up staying for two weeks! Amazing hosts that truly go out of their way to help you, clean place and really nice atmosphere! The only thing is that the beds are a little hard but it is a common thing in Thailand as people often sleep on a thin mattress on the floor. In my case I slept very well! If you are looking for an affordable place to stay in Thongsala, this is definitely the place to go!

Perfect place to enjoy a belgium meal (with a lot of french fries) ! The portions are huge and it's delicious. The owner is very friendly and give us some good advices for our stay.
You need to taste it ! We are in south-east asia for 2 month and it's the best place for french fries we found !!

This Guesthouse has two 6 bed dorm rooms, one with AC and adjoining bathroom, one with fan and balcony and the bathroom downstairs. It's a very relaxed place, so it's no problem to use the balcony when you're in the AC room (of course, check you're not disturbing anyone in the room first ;))

June, the owner, is very friendly and quick to help her guests out with questions about food, shops, where to go, good bike rentals... On my first 2 nights, she took me with her to the local market and dancing with her friends.

The location is good, it's just a ten minute walk to the pier, the Phantip Market (a big foot stall market. There is good, affordable Thai food and fruit shakes), or the local fruit and vegetable market. It's a 100 m walk straight to the beach, too.

I very much enjoyed the familiar atmosphere La Patate Guesthouse provides and getting to know June and the other guests.

Really relax place! People are super chill and kind! They have one room with 6 bed, AC and private room. Another with 4 beds, fan and balcony. They are willing to help you with no doubt. I really enjoyed stay with them :)

Jin, June and Fred are fantastic people. They are so kind. The accommodation is cleaned very well and the balcony is very nice to hang out and work. It's super chill and very affordable!

Wonderful place and everything good for stay here. Owner very take care and very good clean. Room is cool have a good relax. Near the beach and market . Thank you.
