The hotel accommodated us at last minute due to being let down by a different hotel. The bungalow was large and spacious. Friendly staff and gorgeous view at the reception and pool. I only marked it down 1 star as the air con wasn’t great and the bathroom had holes in the wall covered with mosquito net. It was very warm in the bathroom. The location of the hotel isn’t too close to any bars or restaurants so you will need to get taxi / scooter. Overall a very pleasant experience though.

I want to thank the owner Elena for her understanding on my special case. I arrived late to the resort and she accommodated me with a nice big room and with all the amenities I needed. She also gave me a very fair price for the one night I stayed given it was the full moon party night (although I wasn’t a party goer but many places are full booked). The pool is open now and the view is stunning. There is a minibar in the room which I think it’s a nice touch for the thoughtfulness. The price for all the items are fair. 10B for a pack of peanuts, 50B for a coke or a beer. I would return again because she’s a reasonable and friendly person to work with.

CHEATERS!! Be carefull. Pool is closed - no info on booking. They did not want to give us money back while we came. Owner did not reply on messanger and left his employ to discuss with us - big shame.

Finally he pressed on booking com that we did not check in to avoid giving us money back.

Big shame!

The fan was malfunctioning
The WiFi wasn't working
And when I asked for an extra free night (after 3 weeks of stay, didn't ask for cleaning, changed the sheets only once, the resort was half empty), the manager got upset and even refused that I pay for it full price! Very narrow minded

The owner is a liar! don't book this place! It's available to book in booking.com and in other places. the photos are amazing but reality is totally different. Nothing is working, The pool is not working. everything looks like nobody used for years. We wanted to get refund but the owner didn't want to accept it, what is more he lied on booking that we didn't check in. Lie! We did but we didn't want to stay there. Everything he has done on purpose to cheat on people!!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!

You are selling a scam
The photos are so nice but the site look completely different
And the most important thing - the pool
It looks like a dirty swap that even the frogs don’t want to be there, so nasty and ugly
And second, there was a big sign at the entrance that says “we are close”
How am I supposed to know if your hotel work or not
Why do I have to search for your staff members

And the most bad thing about this hotel is the owner
Doesn’t answer to calls
Doesn’t want to give some sort of a solution

Totally disappointed

BE CAREFULL! They are cheaters who wants to make easy money. Pool was closed, resort is in bad shaoe. They did not want to give us money back after we came.
