DON'T STAY HERE!
The room was all dirty with bugs, spiderwebs and the water came out brown. The door doesnt even have a lock. Youre not safe. You have to pay 50% before arriving and if you want to leave you wont get your money back.
Dont go there.

Decent size bungalows with nice view from upstairs rooms, decor could be better as our room was just plastered and no paint, wet room was alright, water pressure could be better from tap and shower but overall i recommend

Beautiful location and wonderful owner. Our room was in the new building right by the ocean. Jip (the owner) helped us with everything (taxi, food recommendations, ferry bookings, etc). Such a sweet, kind-hearted person. Anything you need, she can help with, and she never tries to overcharge for her services. Highly recommended! Thank you Jip :)

Nice bungalows by the ocean. A little bit pricey for what you get. Basic room with wi fi, air con and hot water. Good location, quiet, on the sunset side of the island. Good staff service. Recommended to take a room with AC.

TLDR: Stay away!

I should start by saying that this place has at least two very different types of accommodation, which explains why people have so different experiences. I booked the "basic" bungalow, even though the pictures shown for that type of room when I booked was in reality of the more expensive bungalows. The bungalow I in fact had booked missed features such as warm water, light on the toilet and a working sewage from the sink, not to mention some parts were dirty had a spider living behind the toilet seat.

I chose to ignore this since it was cheap and I was only goanna be there for a few nights. Woke up the next morning with BED BUG BITES all over my body. The reception lady offered me another room, but I've had enough and decided to check out two nights early. I asked if I could get any kind of compensation, but she said I couldn't.

Maybe the more upscale accommodation options are better and not infested by bed bugs, but I sure wouldn't ever wanna stay at a place that takes this bad care of their property and their customers.

I will give it a 3 star just because we toke the non Aircon option in rooms making it cheaper but, it was totally the wrong decision. Book units with aircon as this will save your life over the hot months. Facilities is basic nothing fancy, there is a beach 2 min walk from the Bungalows from where you can see Koh Samui and nice sunsets.

Okay standard. Beautiful location. The staff/reception was very friendly. Only problem was that the power for the whole area went out several times during a day due to the hot weather.
