Wait staff has no sense of urgency. Multiple tables had to approach the bar to get the waiter.

Food was OK for the most part. They missed one item we ordered. Another delay. Another burrito had two toothpicks inside. Would not recommend. Was not satisfied.

This is my second time here for dinner, 2 nights in a row! And I have to say this is THE BEST restaurant I've been to so far in ko pan ngan. The food is absolutely amazing, it takes a little while to prepare and the wait is well worth it. The drinks are delicious as well. The pool table and music make an awesome atmosphere and I love sitting on the comfy floor level cushions. I wish there was a place like this in Vancouver! Its also close to the beach! The ladies here are so kind! Highly recommend the fajitas!

Very unhelpful and mean staff. Food took a very long time to arrive, and was very disappointing. I ordered a burrito, but it looked like a fajita. And even for a fajita, it was not very good. Would not recommend, there are much better places in Koh Phangan.

Took 45 minutes to get our food when there were very few people in the place. The food was TERRIBLE and not at all what they described. 3 of us ordered the same thing, one didn’t come with cheese, one came with melted cheese, and the other came with shredded cheese that hadn’t even been melted. It had been advertised as a cheese sauce, so none of the orders were correct, and why would you make all 3 of them differentl? We asked to add chicken to two of the dishes, and there was no chicken. When the bill came, they charged us for the chicken. When we told them to take off the charge because they hadn’t actually added chicken, they yelled at us, accused us of scamming them and cursed us out the door. Truly unbelievable. They also completely ran out of beer. DO NOT come here.

Restaurant looked interesting and we were in the mood for Mexican so we came in and sat down. The restaurant was empty other than another table of four. The waitress seemed upset by us even being there even though it was only 6pm and the restaurant empty. We sat and were given our menus. We then waited for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement or eye contact. After about ten minutes of waiting I got a funny feeling about the restaurant and started looking up reviews and to no surprise they were all super poor. We walked out and felt like we dodged a bullet. Although all I can rate the restaurant is on the service since I didn't try any of the food, I give it very poor marks and won't return.

Bad service, bad timing, terrible food and they confused my fajitas for burritos. As a mexican this is a shame.
