Really good gym. I’m training for many years and I find every equipment that I need for my progress. The staff was amazing and helpful. The gym is surrounded by amazing view. Good deals as well. I strongly recommend this gym to everyone.

Plenty of equipment - heavy dumbbells, machine and plate-loaded resistance kit, everything you'd need for a decent lifting session. They have some cardio equipment too. You can pay per visit or buy access in blocks of credit or per week. The staff are polite and unobtrusive. The only reason I've docked one point is that the kit could use more maintenance, just basic stuff like oiling the Smith machine. Definitely recommend though.

My first Muay Thai session in this gym was very intense and I felt soooo good
Very clean, well maintained equipment , various classes fitness, Muay Thai etc
Very nice and polite staff

Decent gym, one day pass is 300b. Towel is included. They got every machine you could ask for.

Good services, towel included and good machines. One star down, because there is not good shower and locker room.

Good Gym, 800 baht for a weeks membership. Good equipment and good quantity, so not much waiting between sets. Free towels. Water is a bit overpriced and bathrooms could do with a daily clean but apart from that this place did the job.

If you're after a gym with the right equipment and not afraid to get dirty and really sweaty, then this is the best gym on the island. Spacious, alot of equipment, great Muay Thai room with a complete walled mirror which we also use for hiit workouts, great for assessing form. Dom, is also a really cool and easy going guy.
