A must visit on koh lanta!
This place is one of the best locations I've ever visited in thailand, and here is why:

It's beautiful, the live music (usually mondays), the food, the people.

I was really amazed by how the location looked like. In the moment you enter this place you will start feeling welcomed and relaxed.

The food was really tasty with a good quality for a reasonable price. I visited this place two evenings in a row and surely will try to come back there before I leave Koh lanta. :)

I'm also a review reader and have to clear up some things, since I read one thing in a lot of reviews at different places all over thailand:
The price.

Imo the prices for food and drinks were absolutely fine and still cheap enough, to be really satisfied and happy after having food and/or drinks.

I can't share or understand the complaints. Of course you pay ""more"" than you pay in a store or streetfood stall. But it's not comparable since you get a great location, service and music, which a minimart wont give you. :))

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was tucked away from the busy area but still only about a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. The pool and rooms were very clean.

Enjoyed it the first time
The Massaman curry is really creamy and rich in flavor with several different types of veg

Update
- the special brown fried rice lacks a bit of flavor
- the green curry also very bland and not many flavors unfortunately doesn’t taste like anything
- wanted to give it another chance and ordered the Chu chi curry - I was greeted with green curry again? (Sorry but it’s not funny if the food is bad?! I was giving another chance) the curry was very small size, nothing special hardly a piece of veg just tofu and it also arrived cold. When I told them it’s cold he started arguing it’s hot and not cold (I mean who is the one who just tried it?) I should have just left straight away - they heated it up again and then it was warm still not hot and also lack of spices.
Was here the first time 2016 and back then it was really good. I have been to several other places on this island maybe have a look
If you want to have an overpriced meal in a nice backyard with bad service go for it
They could offer free tab water though!

Good food, healthy vibe serving some food you don't get in general restaurants. Had a mackerel fillet with garden salad and potato wedges which was tasty. Partner had stir fried squid and veg, also good. More expensive than general places with bill coming in just over 700 BAHT with 4 drinks on top.

Great restaurant with very good authentic Thai dishes. Live music with great bands several times a week. Very nice, cool ambience with the great hostess Annika. I hope we will be back soon to enjoy the exceptional hospitality and the fantastic cuisine. Many greetings from Cologne Udon ;-)
