Staff were friendly, however for the money paid compared to cheaper/nicer hotels in Thailand it is very so so. The room looked as if it had been ready for two years and not cleaned prior to the stay (dusty, a little dirty and the toilet roll had rust on it it had been there that long) the hotel was virtually empty and they put us in a room with a rubbish view (just some trees and rubbish in the forest) the shower would scold you for ten seconds and then freeze you. As for the location, possibly due to covid it was not great, there was not a lot going on near us.

You can see the neglect. One would think that this resort should be a roaring success (layout, views, pools, etc) but it is so desolate.
There is no sandy beach (only tidal beach), no direct access to the ocean, and the oceanfront lawn is blocked off, probably because of the serious soil erosion on the land-side of the seawall.

This place was alright. Nice rooms - our lovely balcony looked over the pool and had a view of the ocean. The beds and pillows were VERY hard. The bathroom was fine, except the black mold in the shower caulking. There was an awful sewage smell in one small section of the stairs/hall. We enjoyed the omelettes at breakfast. The grounds of the hotel were kept well in some areas, but pretty shabby in others.

Beautiful Hotel. Clean and modern rooms and bathrooms. Lovely, clean pool. Amazing views of the beach and sea. Wonderful outdoor massage service available. Wide selection buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Excursion service available. Laundry service didn't clean the clothes as well as hoped. I would stay here again, very relaxing!

Beach front rooms have great view with such a wide open space and beautiful decorations, but the pool side room can be a bit noisy . Great location next to saladan market you can just take a short walk to get dinner. Should improve on wifi speed and toilet air trap which remind us of low-cost hotels.

Disapointed
Nice location near Walking Street and 7eleven, but do not expect a beach nearby for sunbathing or swimming. They have English channels on TV, but there is not a flat-screen TV, there was just an old big box with a bad image.
Outdated furniture. Bad internet. Shower water pressure is very low. No kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Hard bed and pillows, shets felt old and dirty. Not enough sunbeds, people need to lie on the grass near the pool along with the ants. They didn't give me the room I booked, so I asked to change for the right one but the new one was suppose to be read 4:30pm with twin beds. For what we've paid for I'd expected something a bit more quality, run!! There are better hotels nearby.

The hotel is tired and need a refurbishment.

The room leading to swimming pool need to be drained and repaired as the wall tiles are falling off.

The service and staff are friendly and helpful.
