Not a great market compared to others in Thailand. But if you are on Koh Lanta, it's worth checking out of even if it is just for the street food. Not just on the weekends. Closes at 10pm sharp. Great place to go when it is raining.

OK market but nothing special, go a really cheap new thin beach towel there costs like one and a half dollar.
Food stands were actually fun. I liked the spicy sausages...
Anyway all together not worth more than three stars...

Nice market with interesting stuff sometimes different than all the other Thai markets for tourists.. totally overpriced, the ocean bags, as an example, they are not original and cost even more than the ones at the Bangkok airport. They try to scam tourists like few other places I found in Thailand.

Tourist trap, prices 2x 3x classic tanks with Thai beer logo for 250/300B! Went to the Koh Lanta old town and got 3 amazing tanks for 300B!

This is just a "tourist trap" with 3-4 times the price of the markets in the old city and a more than fair share of tuk-tuk drivers praying upon the tourist coming off the passenger ferries.

This was ok for clothing items but selection overall is limited. It seemed to be the same things repeatedly.
