Very nice atmosphere for all levels. Every student gets a lot of attention and the trainers help out with good hints. The basics are a big focus of the training which gives anyone a solid foundation.

I must say that the experience of training a few days (5) in Lanta Muay Thai Gym was AMAZING!
Great warmups conducted by Slava (THANK YOU!), and then Muay Thai practices that were intense! That was my first experience with Thai boxing, as I normally practice karate, that is way different, so I’m very grateful to all the coaches there for being patient with my karate-fighting-habits ????

Great time spent with great people!
The reason to come back to Thailand ????

2+ months of training in Lanta Muay Thai Academy has been an amazing experience for me. The trainers are great teachers and fun guys, the trainings are super hard, but entertaining and well adjusted to both starters and advanced. After 2 months the trainers proposed me to take a fight in the William Muay Thai Stadium and it was one of my best experiences ever. There is also a fitness/warm up part done by great trainer Slava - there's hardly better experience than working out in the Thai forest listening to Nas ne dogonyat by Tatu.

Many thanks to staff for great training and workout. They have several trainers with each class so even walk in's get some good training. Instructors from russia, france and many solid local thai. 2 basic groups: mix and advanced. The instructors did good job giving everyone some private and thai pad time. Gym has very good selection of 2 rinks, mma mat area and about 20 good condition bags. Much better than most thai gyms and much cleaner too. Good price at 400thb drop daily and better longer rates. Class at 800, 930 and advanced @1600. 300 meters off main road, up dirt road. Look for billboard at road or you will miss. They should fix, but this is thailand.. Gym and resort has cement area and nice, about 1km up hill from beach. Also some local stadium fights several nights a week close by. Good island to train hard and enjoy great, less crowded beaches and good value.9

Friendly trainers, they take good care of you.
They don't let you burn out. But no worry they will make you tired. Recommend the private training.

The training was excellent!! Slava the trainer did the warming up and the cooldown. In one word just perfect. The second training day I couldn’t do the muay thai training because of my injury. But Slava gave me another training so I could still work out! Very professional and he knows what he is doing! Next time I will definitely go back!

This school has an excellent reputation, drawing people from around the world to come and train daily, weekly or ad hoc with these legendary instructors. Quality of the training programme is high and the health and well-being of students is taken seriously. I’ve been coming to the gym for 10 months and love the community feel and warm welcome I get each time i go. There is also a brilliant high intensity fitness class with Slava, a friendly and professional personal trainer. His class combines body weight and weighted exercises in a circuit style format. Slava has a good ability to modify and adapt to each person, so if you have an injury or if you’re brand new to exercise he can help! Everyone warms up together, Muay Thai and Fitness, and then we split up into our groups to complete the rest of the class. If you want to learn to love exercise and beat any feats of training in a tropical climate, come along!
