Went here for a short visit , wanted to invest . Houses quite new , but the walls starting to crumble already . The private beach is full of garbage , the pond next to the place smells horrible ! I've been here in August, I hope they can fix all their problems because it's such a nice , quiet and private area. I'll check that place out soon again , maybe it's still interesting for a investment

You won’t want to leave after staying in Coconut Bay. The view is phenomenal, you have your own beach, a shared pool and can enjoy sunsets from your balcony. Also, since you’re fairly far down the coast you have plenty of privacy. This is what I call paradise ????

If you looking for a quiet place away from touristy buzz you should choose this place. Many places to eat near by, rent a scooter or tuktuk to travel north for some action or south for views / relax. Tesco and seven eleven shops any 10 min walk away. For more specific stuff you would have to go to Lanta Market supermarket up north (20-30 min. ride on a scooter). Would definitely suggest to go here during "rainy" season. You will only get 20 min rain some days (usually night time) and temperatures always above 30 Celsius during the day with some clouds so not too hot to do anything. No tourists, you still can get your snorkelling or diving trips etc. All as usual but without burning yourself in 40+ degrees! Sunsets are amazing!

Air Bnd'b from a nice gentlemen from the UK. Our apartment was top notch! Best accommodations we had in our 3 week trip around Thailand. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!
