Thank you so much for the upgrade to sea view room! We felt at home here for our 5 day vacation. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really great and we are happy we booked with the breakfast. Thank you.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly. The staff were pleasant and the young *** who cooked the eggs made every effort to do so to your taste. You get beach/pool towels as well as bath towels provided and the room is cleaned on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, great and friendly staff. The rooms are good the tv is a old with no hdmi nor usb also the channels are worthless mostly thai channels. The bathroom is decent, the shower is not very good, sometimes there is hot water sometimes there isn't. The beds are somewhat hard to sleep on. The main reason for my rating is the fact that the staff I kind and very helpful.

Would not book again.

Pros : a nice view from the room with a great hotel location since its near the beach. Rooms r well maintained.

Cons: no support after 7 pm, Infact no one is available at the reception as well. Lol.

No phone available in the room, so if u need anything, u have to go to reception.

I think Its overrated place since I have booked the room after reading so many good reviews.. But later realised its not worth that much price. A very small property.

Exactly what I expected from a four star hotel on an island like this (expecting slightly lower standard than in a large city for example). Fairly clean. Extremely good air con (powered through this islands intense climate with no issues). Breakfast was decent and big but far from spectacular, some toast, fruit, yogurt, Asian warm food. Pool was not very clean but at least there was a pool side shower. Service is minimal, this is a place you come to to just stay at and relax. Book all other things, like bikes and tours, elsewhere. Good view of the ocean from balcony. The jungle is right at the back side of the hotel. The room door was not tight so some bugs got inside. Perfect location, far enough away from Saladan, close to both Klong Dao and Long Beach. There is a 7-11 right next door. Laundry service was great but expensive. Would stay again.

Pros: Decent location - off the main road, near the beach and some good food. Nice pool.
Cons: outdated, nobody at the reception to check me in despite making a note on my reservation about the time of my arrival. Had to wait 20mins for someone to show up. A cockroach in the bathroom. TV with hardly any signal - impossible to watch anything. And the most uncomfortable pillows. Haven't had a single night of decent sleep. Also, the balcony door closes only on some latch, which made me really uneasy as a female solo traveller.

Pros - nice pool and balcony. Didn't eat breakfast there but it seemed to be a nice spread. Staff was pleasant. Cons - room has a strong moldy smell, we experienced the dreaded shower bath from the slow drain. It is experiencing the effects of age. Needs a face lift.
