A sleepy temple on a late Sunday afternoon- clearly the centre of village life despite the proximity to Icon Siam. Some restoration in progress.. not all temples open to the public.. A columbarium surrounding the main temple, crematorium, drum tower and residences all on the grounds. Visible from the gold line.. (With the views from above somehow promising something much more idyllic... ). The temple murals would hopefully also receive a touch-up during future restoration. Visit at your own discretion.
