stay far away. The condo whole bulding has a huge sue problem . terrible smell. also infested of insects

First of all this is a great location. Close enough to downtown Bangkok far enough away to be on the quiet side. It is surrounded by restaurants shops and directly below is a 24 hour Tops Market. Across the street have another big shopping area. There's a coffee shop here that is Simply Amazing! The name is Tom coffee shop. Penthouse views are spectacular.

Has a 24-hour minimart which sells ready to eat meals and cut fresh fruits. Slightly better than what you might get at 7-11.

Has a few restaurants and the Thai food on the ground floor is quite nice. The upper floors seems to be schools and daycare.

At the light house there are a few nice restaurants as scoozi, which serve good salad and pizzas then a delicious somtam restaurant, a bingsu restaurant or the Meat-Up with a good price for there BBQ meat. A Tops supermarket is available for your daily things you need in your life

very nice condo with super market in the same building , it has pharmacy , coffee shop in the same building, gym is old.
The condo and the view is amazing , worth the money
