This shop is permanently overcrowded. Do not expect to be able to just hop inside and have a quick look. This would be illusionary.
I find it very annoying to always make an appointment to just look at a product or to be allowed to enter the shop.
Just today I went there and wanted to buy a product. I was not allowed to enter the shop because I needed to make an appointment first ???? I asked them if they have the product i want in stock that it’s worth wasting my time and wait and they confirmed. So I agreed to make an appointment and waited 1 hour before my time had come to enter the shop. When i then talked to a sales person I just heard the incredible “sorry sir, the product you want is out of stock, come back again another day na ka.” Absolut waste of my time. My emotions for apple shops in Thailand turn in general very negative as it’s a constant waste of time and also for services they can hardly help.

Biggest Apple store i have visit in Bangkok, Thailand. there is another store in central world but in comparison very small. Recommend to come here at-least for experience sake. Biggest Apple store in biggest river front mall in Bangkok. outstanding view from the mall/apple store. make a visit guys. The last time i visit they don't sho away customer who did not make purchase :)

What a classy Apple Store! Situated on 2nd floor of the magical Iconsiam mall. Staff was helpful and very welcoming. The shop gives access to a huge rooftop terrace with a lovely garden. Stunning views of Bangkok skyline all around. No wonder apple products are so expensive ????
