Was a great experience.
Very organized dinner cruise with happy hardworking employees trying to please you by all means.
Food was great with a big variety basically seafood and sushi.
The smoked salmon was the best as the guy carve it for you on site also mussels, shrimp and fruits were amazing.
Music on board made it even more delightful.
The views are amazing.
Definitely coming back.

The boat was large, had three floors, crowded the poor, the boat was uncomfortable, the dining table was arranged so tightly. It's difficult to walk to pick up food. Food can be scooped in two layers, but with difficulty in walking Who will go to the lap? Have to hold a plate to walk up and down the steep stairs. Must be crowded with people on the boat...
Most importantly, the food is not delicious, to be honest, it's not fun.

It’s a good value, river cruise+dinner buffet on the top deck. Amazing city views! Amazing entertainment, music duo, classic dance.. the buffet is great. A lot of fresh seafood, sushi, Thai food, western foods ..The staff very very good. Perfect service. Good attitude! However don’t search here for an exclusive romantic venue. The boat is packed with other guests, but we’ll organized though. It’s my second time with Alangka???????????? very satisfied.

I think there was some food there to eat but no where near enough to provide everyone with a selection. It is basically a push and shove contest from the time you board. If you don’t get in straight away be prepared to get the leftover scraps. It was like 99 percent of the people on board hadn’t seen food for a week, the way they attacked it. Unorganised Chaos. The small selection of deserts on offer was very poor and disappeared quicker than you could say boo. There are way better cruises on offer out there. Buyer beware in relation to this one.

Booked a dinner cruise under a tour agent and it was horrible. It rained heavily 10 minutes after departure. The whole place was in chaos and there was barely any food left. The food was so-so aswell. However, I am grateful for my tour agent who had done a remarkable service recovery but definitely warn you all not to book this cruise because BKK weather is so unpredictable.

Worse food I've had in 15 years. Even managed to screw up basic thai dishes. Beer tasted watered down. The only reason I'm giving two stars is the waiter was nice. The staff overall was pretty nice.

Horrible experience simply horrible please i request you to think twice before deciding this cruise. It felt i was traveling in a market place plus the whole upper deck got flooded with water.
