room service isn't that great, the bed isn't great not enough pillows, found some stains here and there, they don't change the towels, the TV is awfully small and not a smart TV and there's no safe vault.

Executive room, nice and spacious. Room cleaning very flexible. Nice big fridge and very powerful shower. Pool was closed due to covid but I think it is unfair to judge the hotel for being cautious for you safety.
Would most definitely recommend.

The whole place was very clean. Security in the hotel is very good. The rooms are very well appointed. The staff at the hotel itself were incredibly kind and accomodating. The room itself has had the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on. The exercise room was well equipped. I wasn't disappointed.

The room was fairly well furnished apart from a bin, sink plug and coffee/ tea making essential apart from the kettle itself. The bed is good and so is the wifi. For the price of 406Baht for a night it's well worth the price. The road outside is busy but we were in room A202 on the rear of building A and it wasnt a problem at all. There are plenty of local convenience stores and noodle shops nearby if you fancy a cheap meal.
For the price, room set up and helpfulness of the staff I think its definitely worth considering if you are looking to stay in this part of Bangkok

Disappointed, Checkin and out in 30 Mins

I have never been so disappointed before. Those pictures, advertised on many hotel sites, were so misleading compare to the actual quality of this hotel. You would be so disappointed. I extremely do not recommend anyone to stay here. I could not believe how it got 4 stars! on agoda I mean this is more like 1-2 stars to me.

The quality of the hotel was really bad. The bed sheet were so tinted You can tell the color difference with the blanket. There were stained on the bed

From the front and the lobby, it seemed very nice, however once you enter the building; you will find such an old atmosphere start leveling up on you.

Anyway, there is a positive view from my side. There were quite handful staffs which welcomes us from the drive way. In addition, they took us to check out the bigger room with the same quality and informed us how much we will be charged. We thought about it but rather saved it for another hotel.
