Very slow service even in off-peak despite a hoard of admin staff.
Doctors do speak English well, they just refuse to speak it.

We are having a baby, but the doctor is not really interested in giving a screenshot of the ultrasound.

They asked us to email them a document with our private information which is fine.... Except it is to a Hotmail address????

Would I come here again? Probably not. It's but much different to a Thai government hospital

Good equipment and facilities but I rarely find out whats wrong and there are basically 0 bilingual people here.

Excellent hospital with very helpful staff and knowledgable medical personnel. There can be a wait at peak times at the cashier office.
A lot of parking space, adjacent children's hospital and specialist covid unit.

I had a cataract removed from my right eye. The procedure was first class as was the doctor and staff. I had no problems in the sense or soreness or pain in following days, while recovering. Totally recommend the hospital.

Always ask the price before treatment or bring at least 5,000 baht

Does not inform the cost before treatment. Too expensive. Cost for only seeing the doctor for about 20 mins is 4000baht. Not including the medicine, nurse, service etc.

An update after making a complaint. "ผู้ตรวจการ" informed me that the policy and way of working of this hospital about informing the cost of the treatment before treating is that
1. They will inform the cost if it it higher than 5,000 baht. (Beware of human error like in my case and you only know when you get the bill)
2. If it is lower than 5,000 they do not need to inform you. But they will answer if you can ask them.

Another topic is "the cost for the skill of the doctor". There is a guideline for this cost. But it is per treatment. So if you get injections of the same medicine in different place that counts as different treatments. For example in my case it is injections into 5 fingers of my right hand with 1 syringe but that counts as 5 treatments. And that is very expensive. - they didn't even have to reload the syringe.

This hospital is one of my preferred hospitals in Bangkok and I always come to see my favorite doctor here. He is very smart, sincere, and knows what he is doing with the patients. Therefore, you deserve five stars!!

Very good service, efficient and the doctors spend a long time kindly explaining things. Ok for foreigners but I do recommend having at least a basic level of Thai
